Description
Full cheek bit: The most channelising bit, often used for young horses. The sweet iron will help your horse salivate and therefore help with decontraction of the jaw allowing you to work freely with a responsive horse. This model is a simple full cheek model with a single joint which suits almost all horses. The sweet iron is an extra innovative feature that can really make a change for anxious horses and so on.
Material
Material: Sweet iron- Blue steel: 54% carbon, 46% manganèse. Sweet iron bits gets oxidized with air and humidity. Then comes a thin line of rust has a sweet taste, and stimulates the saliva. By getting more saliva the horse gets more contact on its bit. The oxydation process will change the color to grey - brown.
