Description
Elevator bit: Strong action thanks to the length of the cheeks, better control of the horse. A curb chain can be added. This bit has a strong action on the horse's movement with the strong lever action. It ensures a great directional control thanks to the size of the bars. This bit does not fit every riders' hand or every horse. It can be used directly with two reins, with bit connectors or with four reins. It is possible to add a curb chain made of a simple chain, leather or nylon. This bit must be used with a soft hand.
Material
Material: Sweet iron- Blue steel: 54% carbon, 46% manganèse. Sweet iron bits gets oxidized with air and humidity. Then comes a thin line of rust has a sweet taste, and stimulates the saliva. By getting more saliva the horse gets more contact on its bit. The oxydation process will change the color to grey - brown.
